Two years ago I arrived for a meeting at the Impact Hub in Prague. From the first moment, I was taken by two of Radka’s paintings that were hanging on the wall. They captivated me so much that I could not take my eyes off them for the whole two hours of the meeting. Immediately, I made a reservation and bought them.

Now they hang in my kitchen above the dining table. Every day they make me happy. No matter whether it is a beautiful day or it is raining outside, the paintings bring me joy when I am having breakfast every morning.

I have been looking for an ideal painting for my bedroom for quite some time. My bedroom is small with simple decor, and I wanted to find something beautiful, lively, something I would love to look at every day. So now I have The Village, a new Radka’s painting.

The Village painting was on display at Radka’s art exhibition in July 2017. It was love at first sight. I was not the only prospective buyer but luckily I was the fastest. Now it is the first thing I see when I open my eyes in the morning. To be looking at it gives me the most joy in winter when the days are dark and grey, and in the middle of my white bedroom wall, there they are, the rich colors of summer. Something to look forward to every day.
